Shipping Rates and Options
Buxom,LLC uses  USPS for all shipments.  We ship as fast as possible. All shipping rates Include Shipping, Handling, and Insurance.  We do not ship international at this time.  If you require your order overnight please call the store at 303*477*3095 before placing your order, otherwise it will be shipped USPS priority.
 
Payment Options
Buxom,LLC accepts the following for payment:   
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Sorry, no personal or third-party checks will be accepted as payment.

Credit Cards
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. 
 
 
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Colorado. Colorado law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).
 
 
Invoicing and Receipts
All orders shipped from Buxom,LLC will include a packing slip or invoice.
 
Once your order with buxomdenver.com been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include an invoice of your order. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy.
 
Order Cancelation Policy
If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within one (1) hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancelation request, please call 303*477*3095. These requests must be received via phone.  Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be canceled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
Return and Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business here at Buxom,LLC.   We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it at our cost or issue a refund. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note: email info@buxomdenver.com within 7 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an Return Authorization (“R.A.”) code. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code".  *Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or refund .  *Returned merchandise must be un-worn with any and all tags attached and odor free. *Include a copy of the shipping invoice and an explanation regarding the reason for your return.  *All returns and exchanges must be received by Buxom  within 15 business days from the original ship  date.   *Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.  Please Note: Any returned merchandise not meeting the above criterion will not be accepted.
 
The following items are non-refundable ::
1. Returns received after 15 days from the original order ship date.
2. Returns received in damaged or worn condition.  Original tags MUST be attached.
3. Intimates, Swimwear, Tights, Socks, and Sale items.
